  • The largest film industry in the world still uses archaic methods to locate talent and technicians. Much of the hiring happens in a personal capacity or through a network of small companies. Newcomers are barely able to reach out to the right people. Talent hunters lose out on a large pool of creative talent due to limits of geography and connections.

  • Existing platforms offer very limited opportunities to showcase talent. Mere listing and few details don’t allow easy decisions by producers and film makers. But Kinosphere allows videos, music and images to showcase talent. Today people use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or even Facebook to locate talent. These are not dedicated to this purpose and do not offer an organised manner to shortlist and select candidates.

  • Every year more than 1800 films get produced in various languages in India. Now with the OTT platform and the regular TV programs and series the number is huge. Even live theater is associated with this. Our app will not only serve these people but the millions who aspire to be part of the above industries and do not know how to approach the right people.

  • Today even school students make films and they need dubbing and editing services and camera rentals and so on. With the internet it’s an ever expanding area of film content creation.
