Kinosphere Short Film Festival in Chennai, May 12th, 2024!

Join us for an exciting short film festival organized by Kinosphere in the vibrant city of Chennai in May 12th, 2024. This is an outstanding opportunity for filmmakers, producers, actors, and industry newcomers to participate and showcase their talents. Kinosphere is committed to presenting the finest short films to the cinema-loving community of Chennai.

Each Short Film to be shown followed by filmmaker’s interaction with audience for 15 minutes. Kinosphere wishes to expose you to the feel of a theater release for your short film with a chance to see live audience reaction. Invite your friends and family to this premier of your film. All categories of short films are welcome but they must contain English subtitles.

To feature your short film, filmmakers are required to pay a registration fee of Rs. 5,000/- to Kinosphere. Participants must first submit their short films for approval before making the payment. Only approved short films will be eligible for payment and inclusion in the festival lineup.

Please note:

Kindly be aware that your films will not be part of the contest. Instead, they will be exclusively presented to the audience and the filmmaking community attending the event.

Terms and Conditions:

• Short films must not exceed 30 minutes in duration.
• Short films in any language are welcome; however, subtitles are a must.
• Content promoting drugs, tobacco, and child abuse is strictly prohibited.
• Participants are required to discuss their short films for a few minutes after the screening.
